Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed need bags of dough mix stored in the handwashing sink in the back of the kitchen. The bags were removed from the hand sink. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. Observed manager on duty Jamie Conley unable to provide proof of manager training. Manager certification will be provided next routine inspection.

Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink in the back of the kitchen.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed at make table, reach in cooler, gaskets soiled with black mold like substance.

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed mop sitting in ringer, in mop basin not properly hung up to dry.

Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed to go containers not inverted. Observed operator inverting properly. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed a flour like clear container with cover without identifying label. Observed operator putting identifying label on container Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee move garbage can with bare hand, took food mover with same hand and started removing food scraps with out washing hands after moving trash can. Observed manager removing food mover and food grates from make station and washing them. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Soiled cloths, linen, aprons, coats, or other uniform apparel not kept in a suitable container prior to laundering. Observed soiled cloths hanging on various chemical bottles, not stored in soiled cloth container.

Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment.

Basic - Ceiling tile missing. Observed at frontline and unisex restroom.
