High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Shell egg ambient temperature at 59F. Eggs held on the counter next to the grill. Per employee, eggs left out for a few minutes. Eggs moved to walk-in cooler and approximately 20 minutes later eggs at 47F ambient. Corrective Action Taken
