Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. There is a mold like substance on the interior walls and ice chute of the ice machine on the patio.

Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. There us an employee drink on top of a make table cooler by the entrance to the kitchen.

Basic - Equipment in poor repair. There is a torn gasket on the white freezer by the dishwasher.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. There is a grease buildup on the hood filters.
