High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. pork mixture (45F - Cold Holding); chicken (46F - Cold Holding) items in the bottom portion of reach in cooler towards the front of food truck, top items were 41F or below, operator moved bags of bread around to evenly distribute cold air flow.
