Chef set up three compartment sink. Corrective Action Taken Warning - From follow-up inspection 2022-04-12: Dishmachine still at 0ppm. Dishmachine was been used with an empty container of sanitizer. Chef stated cheeses were placed in cooler from walk in this morning around 11 am. Chef placed bags of ice over cheeses. 3. raw salmon (46-48F); raw fish (49F); raw beef (46-50F); raw steak (52F); raw chicken (49-53F) in drawer cooler on cook line. Left side Cooler has an ambient temperature of 46F. Chef stated food was placed in drawers from walk in earlier today around 11am. Chef moved food to walk in cooler.
