High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In reach in cooler on cook line, raw chicken (46F - Cold Holding); milk/egg batter (47F - Cold Holding). Chicken and batter were brought from walk-in cooler approximately 1 hour prior but cooler was not turned on. Manager turned on unit. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Vacuum breaker missing at the end of the splitter for mop sink faucet where black hose is attached. Manager stated he will go purchase one today. Corrective Action Taken
