Observed in kitchen near bar Pico (54F - Cold Holding); Sliced cheese (58F - Cold Holding),located in reach in cooler. Pico was in pan on top of container in reach in cooler. Sliced cheese was over filled in pans in reach in. Employee removed pico and placed in cooler. Employee removed over half of sliced cheese. Corrected On-Site
