High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. ham (44°F - Cold Holding) lid was left cracked. 40°F. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. sausage (125°F - Hot Holding) operator placed on flat top and reheated 176°F. Corrected On-Site
