High Priority - Greywater on ground of establishment. Greywater present underneath three compartment sink in left corner and at entrance to door to the right of the mop sink. Greywater is present on tile in front of threshold of door. Once greywater is wiped away more returns slowly under threshold of door and in floor tile grout. When sinks in area are filled no growth in greywater is observed. Can not identify where water is coming from. Admin Complaint

Intermediate - No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Three compartment sink quaternary sanitizer is empty and no other sanitizer is available. Employee retrieved approved sanitizer from another store. Corrected On-Site Warning

Basic - - From initial inspection : Basic - No mop sink or curbed cleaning facility provided at establishment. Mop sink is in disrepair. Running water and faucet has been removed from the mop sink and mop sink is blocked off for use due to leak. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2023-02-06: Operator stated that a new mop sink and has been order and is expected to arrive tomorrow, 02/07/23, and is scheduled to be repaired and installed by Friday 02/10/23. Time Extended - From follow-up inspection 2023-02-07: Operator had repair done to sink yesterday evening to stop the leak. Observed no water coming from the mop sink area and floors in the establishment are dry and free of leaks. Operator stated the new mop sink has been ordered and they are waiting on it to arrive so it can be installed. Time Extended

High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Sewage/wastewater backing up through floor drains. Observed water on floor on cook line, drive thru window service area, and in rear of establishment near three compartment sink pooled around floor drains with employees walking though the water on the floor. Operator stated that when they go to clean up the water more water comes out of the floor drains. Operator has had a plumber out to snake the lines. Operator is contacting the plumber again to have them come out to service the establishment. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2023-02-06: Observed no presence of water on cook line and drive thru window service area. Water was still present in rear of the establishment near three compartment sink and mop sink area pooled around the side exit door, mop sink, and three compartment sink. Operator stated the service company identified a leak under the mop sink but have not repaired it yet due to waiting on new mop sink. Operator contacted company to have service the mop sink to stop the leak. Time Extended
