Observed sausage (90F - Cold Holding); scrambled eggs (89F - Hot Holding) in steam table.. Manager states foods have been on hot hold for less than 1 hour. Foods must be sold or discarded by 1pm. Manager states breakfast is over at 1100am and foods will be discarded at that time. Corrective Action Taken
