High Priority - Employee touched bare body part and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed one employee wear a hairnet with glove hands and then proceed to handle cooked seasoned rice. Discussed with employee and manager to always wash hands after touching body parts or a change of task. Employee changed, gloves, wash, hands and more new gloves at time of inspection. Corrective Action Taken
