High Priority - Container of medicine improperly stored. Observed a box containing medications on the shelf over the back refrigerated make table. The box was removed from the cook line. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce. Observed bowls of raw chicken on the top shelf of the walk-in refrigerator with unwashed onions and other produce stored below the chicken. Operator reorganized the walk-in refrigerator to place the raw chicken on the bottom shelf. Raw chicken over cooked bbq pork in the lowboy reach in refrigerator at the end of the cook line. The bbq pork was moved above the chicken. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - No soap provided at handwash sink. Soap dispenser is not dispensing soap at time of attempt to wash hands at the back hand washing sink. A pump dispenser of soap was placed at the hand washing sink. Corrected On-Site
