High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Observed the license expired on 2-1-22. Operator showed me that they renewed the license while I was here. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed cooked chicken from over 24 hours old with no label or date on the chicken.

Basic - Wet wiping cloths used for occasional spills on equipment food- and nonfood-contact surfaces not clean. Observed the owner using the same towel to wipe different areas with out storing the towel in a sanitizer bucket. I went over with the owner how to make a sanitizer bucket.
