High Priority - Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Frozen corn husks stored in a shopping bag inside reach in chest freezer for ice and fruit pulp. Operator removed from shopping bag and placed inside a food-grade safe bag at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Observed cook washing hands at three compartment sink without soap. Discussed with operator to only use a handwashing sink for handwashing only. Employee rewashed hands at handwash sink with soap. Corrective Action Taken

Open bottled water stored on top of service window prep table over take-out bags and canned drinks. Operator relocated water bottle to an approved location at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site
