Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. The cutting board at the make table is deeply stained. This is a repeat violation from 8/9/2022. Repeat Violation

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. The hand washing sink is blocked by a cooler, bag of bread crumbs and a five gallon bucket.

Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. There is no chlorine sanitizer test kit.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. There is a black buildup on the hood filters and wall above the friers.
