Observed employee cleaning out three compartment sink and then without hand washing began to unload clean and sanitized dishes from the dish machine. Educated operator on proper hand washing.

High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed a number ten can of diced tomatoes with a dented rim on the storage shelf next to the walk in cooler. Additionally there was a can containing three and one half pounds of blueberries with a dented rim.
High Priority - Shell eggs not stored at an ambient air temperature of 45 degrees Fahrenheit or less. Observed eggs stored at ambient temperature on cooks line. Operator states they are only out for the three and one half hour breakfast service and discarded. Provided Time as a Public Health control form and reviewed. Corrective Action Taken
