Excessive build up under and behind equipment throughout restaurant, food debris and grease build up under most prep areas and coolers with kitchen equipment showing the most build up. Repeat Violation Warning - From follow-up inspection 2026-01-16: Vents/fan still soiled. Walked through with operator and showed him the intake vents on lowboys on cook line. Removed drawers and showed interior fans soiled with mold-like/build up. Operator had employees clean drawers themselves as well as bottom of cooler, but had not cleaned vents and fans.
