High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Item stored in pan on cook line: potatoes (86F - Hot Holding). Manager stated potatoes placed in pan 30 minutes prior to temperature being taken. Potatoes were reheated and served during inspection. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Drink on top of toaster on kitchen shelf. Repeat Violation

Basic - Toilet/urinal not flushing/functioning properly. Urinal in men's restroom. Repeat Violation

Basic - Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Sanitizer bucket in kitchen, 0 ppm.

High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Cook wearing gloves picked up a utensil from the floor and adjusted visor, then handled cooking equipment , without removing gloves, washing hands and putting on clean gloves. Discussed with Manager.

Basic - Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. One acoustic tile in kitchen is not smooth and cleanable. Repeat Violation

Basic - Dead roaches on premises. A dozen dead roaches stuck behind cove molding behind reach in freezer in back room.
