High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Items stored in front counter flip top cooler: turkey (45F - Cold Holding); chicken (46F - Cold Holding). Manager stated items placed in cooler one hour prior to temperature being taken.
