Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed plastic containers on a shelf next to ice machine wet nesting. Operator separated containers to air dry properly. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed vents soiled at the front line in between the cash register and open lid reach in cooler.

Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink.

Intermediate - No soap provided at handwash sink.

Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees.
