Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed employee dump out coffee and rinse cup in handwashing sink at entrance. Coached employee to only use hand wash sink for cleaning hands, and to wash and sanitize sink that coffee was dumped in. Corrective Action Taken

No current insurance inspector boiler report or boiler certificate available for boiler. For reporting purposes only. Observed 3 hot water heater possibly boilers, connected together with valves in the produce back room. Operator cannot provide certification for the boilers.
