Observed employee at front counter touch their face with bare hands and not wash their hands prior to engaging in food preparation.

Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed an employee at front counter wearing a bracelet while engaging in food preparation.

Basic - Reach-in cooler /Walk-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed shelves at walk in cooler soiled with food debris.
