High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee put on gloves without washing hands first then began to prepare customer order.

High Priority - Spray hose at dish sink lower than flood rim of sink. Observed spray hose hanging inside triple sink at dish area.

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed air freshener can stored in between pots on prep table where boba pearls are prepared.

Observed employee unaware of how to set up three compartment sink and properly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes. Provided operator with handout via email.
