Basic - Observed paper towels used on food-contact surface on plates and placed as covers on food items inside the walk in cooler.

Basic - Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed on shelves in walk in freezer.

Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed container of raw swai stored on floor at walk in freezer.
