Observed the following food temperatures greater than 41°F; beef empanadas (69F - Cold Holding); chicken empanadas (71F - Cold Holding) All were located in glass display case behind front counter. Person in charge said that food had only been out for about 2 hours. He moved to nearby reach in cooler. Corrective Action Taken
