Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed front chlorine dishwasher machine at 0ppm, manager primed and retested machine at 50 ppm. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed white rice (112F - Hot Holding) stored in the hot box since last night, as per operator. Operator discarded item.

Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed cellphone stored on top of prep table. Operator removed. Corrected On-Site
