Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Observed tong hanged on the garbage can. Employee placed tong in the three compartment sink to be washed.

Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. In bin of flour at storage area.

Basic - In-use wet wiping cloth/towel used under cutting board.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Shelves above reach in cooler by the walk in cooler.

Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Wall behind ovens and reach in cooler at cook line.
