Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed a ground coffee packets case stored on floor by freezer, as per employee they received merchandise this morning, employee stored food case properly during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed personal juice bottle inside reach in freezer, employee removed juice from freezer during inspection. Corrected On-Site
