High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. sour cream (46F - Cold Holding) for less than 30 minutes. Operator moved sour cream gun inside the reach in cooler to ensure temperature lowers to at least 41F. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Attached to the chemical hose bibb.
