Chicken soup at 1:35pm(73F cooling ) per operator soup cooling since 12pm. At 2:04pm same temperature . Product did not cool to 70F within 2 hours. Operator moved to reheat to 165F++ and restart cooling again at 135F Corrective Action Taken
