Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Hand drying towels absent from the cook line dispenser by the office window. The dispenser was stocked upon request. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

Intermediate - No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed soap not dispensing from the soap dispenser at the hand washing sink on the back hallway preparation line. A pump soap dispenser of soap was placed at the hand washing sink. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Clean equipment/dishware/utensils stored next to handwash/food preparation sink exposed to splash. Observed a bowls and plates stacked on the hand washing sink counter in the dish washing area. The dishes were placed in the dirty dish area for washing, rinsing and sanitizing. .
