Observed a worker drink from their personal beverage and then proceed to continue working at the fry station with washing their hands. Also observed them touch their face and not wash their hands, even after discussing when to wash hands.

High Priority - Food stored in ice used for drinks. Observed bottles beverage stored in the ice bin used for drink ice at the drive through window area. The bottles were removed ice was removed, and new ice was provided. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed a worker handle their mask and then return to work at the grill without a glove change. Worker changed gloves upon request Corrected On-Site

Fry station worker appears to not be knowledgeable about when hand washing is required as demonstrated by 2 different discussions with the inspector about washing their hands during the inspection. Managers coached workers about washing hands during the inspection and worker washer their hands. Corrective Action Taken
