Operator moved items to reach-in freezer. Observed Sausage (47F - Cold Holding); Ham (47F - Cold Holding); Raw Shell Eggs (48F - Ambient Air Temperature) in walk-in cooler. Walk-in cooler is currently at 48F ambient air temperature. Operator stated the walk-in cooler and food was between 35F and 38F this morning. Operator started moving items to reach-in freezer and contacted repair company to service machines. Cut leafy greens 56F, cut 1 hour ago, operator moved to walk in cooler . Ambient temperature is 50F . No other time/temperature control for safety foods on cooler . Walk in cooler - meatballs 44F, sausage 45F, provolone 45F, shredded mozzarella 44F Admin Complaint Corrective Action Taken - From follow-up inspection 2023-07-14: Walk in cooler - chicken wings 45F, lasagna 45F, meatball 45F, soup 45F operator began to move all food to freezer. Mop sink is in rear of establishment and is not operable at this time due to piece of equipment having to be stored outside.
