High Priority - Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed an employee using bare hands to cut vegetables that will not be cooked. Worker stopped, washed their hands, and donned gloves before continuing work. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed a tray and other items blocking access for use of the hand washing sink. The items were removed from the sink upon request. Corrected On-Site
