Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. -Self mixing sanitizer tested at 0ppm, observed air in lines for self mixing "P&G Professional" equipment, per manager to call for equipment to be serviced. Inspector educated the process of self mixing solution and assisted manager during inspection to mix measure solution and hand mix. Manager to had mix quat sanitizer solution until fixed. Corrective Action Taken
