Double door display cooler in in kitchen area: cream cheese spread (46F - Cold Holding); milk (48F - Cold Holding); butter (48F - Cold Holding); half and half (46F - Cold Holding); sausage patty (48F - Cold Holding) The inspector placed a probe thermometer inside the cooler to record the ambient temperature. The recorded temperature was 48F, which is above the required cold holding temperature. Discussed with kitchen employee. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2025-02-19: Double door display cooler in in kitchen area: cream cheese spread (50F - Cold Holding); milk (44F - Cold Holding); hard boiled egg (50F - Cold Holding); half and half (44F - Cold Holding) Inspector discussed with the employee the need for management to arrange for a service technician to inspect and repair the cold holding unit, as it is still unable to maintain food items at 41F or below at the callback inspection.
