High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee return to line to handle food and put on gloves. Stopped employee and discussed handwashing. Employee returned to sink, washed hands, and then gloved for work. Corrective Action Taken

Establishment has had a malfunction with their EcoLab dispenser. Advised manager to obtain a secondary method until repaired. Manager sent employee away to purchase bleach.
