Basic - Compartment of equipment subject to the accumulation of moisture is not sloped to drain to allow complete drainage. -Dish machine motor dripping water. I observed it throughout a cycle and determined that is dripping clean water, the waste water is draining properly. Operator put pan under dish machine to catch drip. Corrective Action Taken
