High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Lettuce 50F. Front counter. Product was cooling on ice and the ice didn't cover the top of the product. The manager added more ice to get the product at the correct temperature for cold holding. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee changed a trash bag ,put the trash outside, returned and entered the walk in cooler to handle some product. I brought this to the managers attention and she had the employee to wash his hands. Corrective Action Taken

Observed addition of dish machine in back dish area. Mop sink was moved and is across from hand sink in back dish area. Storage closet added by front soda station.
