Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. 25 ppm. The 3 compartment sink was setup to manuallwash dishes until the dishwasher is properly sanitizing. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2024-03-05: Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer at 00 ppm. The establishment was using the Dishmachine. I instructed the manager on duty to setup the 3 compartment sink. Admin Complaint
