Employee touched a bag of hash browns to be served to a customer by grabbing the hash browns with his hand over the exposed hash browns. I informed the manager to train the employees to grab the packaged product from the side. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food.. Employee used a cup to scoop the ice. The manager provided a ice scoop. Corrected On-Site
