High Priority - Hot water takes too long to reach handwash sink resulting in employees using only cold water to wash their hands. Employees unable to wash hands with hot water as pump for hand wash sink turned off due to malfunction, only water available through garden hose with no hot water available. Warning

High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. In the flip top reach in cooler, cut lettuce (67F - Cold Holding); chorizo (59F - Cold Holding) per operator placed in cooler around 11am. Per operator has had issues with reach in cooler and will look into repair/replacing. Operator removed the product to be discarded.
