High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon inspection, observed coleslaw 46f in walk-in cooler (less than 4 hours). Operator stated walk-in cooler door opened frequently prior to inspection. Operator placed containers of coleslaw on ice during inspection. Corrective Action Taken
