High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. At time of inspection, dishwashing machine reading 0ppm, chemical sanitizer not connected, operator contacted ecolab to service and set up three compartment sink for manual warewashing. Corrective Action Taken

In the flip top reach in cooler at the entrance to the main kitchen line, taco sauce date marked 05/01 on the bottom shelf of the cooler. In the walk in cooler, top shelf, two containers of sirracha mayo date marked 04/20 and one tartar sauce date marked 04/20.

Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Behind the bar, reach in cooler on the right hand side of the entrance has torn cooler gaskets and door is separated from its bottom holder. At the bar area reach in cooler for beer and wine middle cooler has torn cooler gaskets at the top of the reach in cooler door. Repeat Violation
