Soap was not present at hand washing station at the time of inspection. Corrective action: All hand wash sinks shall be provided with soap, a hand drying provision, hot and cold water, signage, and a trash can.

Spray bottle in 3 compartment sink area is not labeled. Corrective action: All chemicals must be labeled when transferring them from the original container to a spray bottle.
