Chicken wings in walk in cooler prepared on 5/7/26 with a discard date 5/14/26. CA - All TCS (time/temperature control for safety), Cold held ready to eat foods held over 24 hours must be date marked with a 7 day max hold. Person in charge corrected discard date to 5/13/26.
