Observed organic matter on soda nozzles. COS: PIC instructed staff to clean & sanitize.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(c) - storage, separation (p)
Observed toxic chemical stored over prep sink with food in them. COS: PIC removed & instructed staff to not place chemicals over the prep sink. CA: Chemicals need to be stored in chemical storage that isn't above or near foods or food contact surfaces.
