At time of inspection, facility has not had gas-fired equipment (dryers and water heaters) inspected at least once annually and does not have any inspection records. POC: PIC is contacting company to come out to perform inspections of all gas-fired equipment. Provided PIC with gas-fired equipment inspection form.
7/7/2025: PIC provided the completed gas-fired equipment inspection forms for all gas-fired equipment on-site. The forms have been added to the facility's physical file. This violation has been corrected

At time of inspection, observed ceilings of microwaves in all rooms inspected with splattered food. COS: PIC had employee clean all of the microwaves and reminded housekeeping to thoroughly clean all microwaves

PIC contacted electrician to come troubleshoot - PIC states the breakers trip whenever the fans are turned on. Electrician is coming out to correct the issue
