Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - hand drying provision (pf)
At time of inspection, observed no paper towel at the handwashing sink in the kitchen, nor at the handwashing sink in the restroom. COS: PIC replaced the paper towel.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
At time of inspection, observed no hot water available at the three-compartment sink. PIC states there is a leak in the hot water line, so the hot water line was turned off. PIC states he turns the valve on and off as-needed to use the hot water in the three-compartment sink. PIC states repairman is scheduled to come out to fix the leaking line, so that the hot water line can remain on and available at all times.
17A - toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(l) - toilet rooms, enclosed (c)
At time of inspection, observed the door to the restroom in the breakfast area not self-closing (observed door open at time of inspection). PIC closed the door and states a self-closing hinge will be installed on the door, to ensure that the door remains closed.
