At time of inspection, the peak occupancy sign is missing. CPO states he will order the occupancy sign and will post it ASAP.

At time of inspection, the phone has a busy signal. PIC states that the facility is having phone & internet issues and a technician is en route. The pool area must remain closed, until the phone is fully operational (capable of dialing emergency services) AND the pool has passed re-inspection.

Re-inspection
At time of follow-up inspection (at 9AM), the indoor ambient temperature registered at 84.5 degrees F. PIC states they are checking the A/C and exhaust/ventilation systems to ensure the temperature doesn't rise too much in the room.

Regulation: 511-3-5-.23(5)(f) - (f) broken, unsecured, or missing main drain, or any submerged suction outlet cover/grate
At time of inspection, one of the suction outlet covers (on the far wall, at the deep end of the pool) is broken. Replace suction outlet cover, to prevent risk of entrapment.
Regulation: 511-3-5-.23(5)(b) - (b) during operation, the ph is less than the minimum or more than the maximum levels allowed in dph rule 511-3-5-.l7.
At time of inspection, the pH registered at 8.2 (pH must be within 7.2 - 7.8). CPO added muriatic acid to the pool to lower the pH to within acceptable range.
Violation of Code: [511-3-5.06(1)(y)] At time of inspection, observed marcite/plaster dust across areas of the pool deck. Clean deck to ensure that pool deck is clean.
Re-inspection
Regulation: 511-3-5-.06(3)(f)1. - 1. handrails, if removable, shall be installed in such a way that they cannot be removed without the use of tools.
At time of re-inspection, the ladder is still loose. The facility is still working towards securing the ladder.
The facility is still in the process of getting the re-marciting job approved.

At time of inspection, the free chlorine disinfectant level registered as "Hi" on the test kit. PIC will ask CPO to adjust (PIC believes CPO may have shocked the pool in the past couple of days). Pool/spa area already closed with door locked (and with "closed" signage), at time of inspection. Pool must remain closed, until chlorine level is within range and pool passes re-inspection.
